1.   In one sentence, what do you want MNCAR members to know about your business?

We are a family-owned commercial real estate, property management, and brokerage firm, we specialize in the East Metro and are dedicated to building long-term partnerships, local expertise, and personalized service.

2.   Name one fun fact that makes your company or yourself different from others.

We were a recipient of the 2024 Family Business Award from Twin Cities Business (TCB)

3. What would you tell other CRE professionals about the need to join MNCAR? 

Participation MNCAR provides many benefits including credibility in market, database of commercial properties, networking opportunities with other commercial RE professionals, industry insights and professional development opportunities.

4.  Something that took you a long time to learn in the CRE industry?

 I’m still learning!

5. What do you enjoy most about the CRE industry? 

 Working with small business owners, developing relationships, and supporting their changing business needs.

6. What’s the next place on your travel bucket list? 

Norway

7. Any other fun information you would like to share?

I grew up working in my dad’s lumber yard and learned at a young age that a 2 X 4 isn’t really 2” X 4”!
