Biography
Eric is a 28 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, beginning as an acquisition analyst just days out of the University of Wisconsin real estate program. Eric began working in brokerage early on and has helped companies in lease and sale negotiations locally and nationally for over 25 years. In the last 15 years, Eric has also built a commercial real estate portfolio along with a number of partners and co-founded The Terrace Group in 2015.
