As an industrial associate, Rob specializes in property leasing and tenant representation on the West side of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. His clients include St. Paul Properties, Inc., CB Richard Ellis Investors and private partnerships.

Before becoming an associate, Rob was a senior property manager at United Properties. He managed a one million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area on behalf of institutional clients and private partnerships.

Before joining United Properties, Rob was with Welsh Companies where he managed over one million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.

Rob is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves as the Co-Chair of the Community Enhancement Committee. He is also an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is a Board Member of the St. Cloud State University Real Estate Alumni Association.

Rob earned a bachelor of science degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University.
