Laura Hanneman is a client services specialist in the investment properties group. Her primary focus is assisting the multi-housing team through investment underwriting, creating marketing materials, assisting in the due diligence process, and preparing proposals, brochures, client updates, and offering memorandums.

Prior to Ms. Hanneman's promotion to Client Services Specialist, she was a Sales Assistant in the industrial brokerage department for four years. She assisted with preparing proposals, presentations, correspondence and reports for a team of six salespeople. She also coordinated marketing materials, mailings, and open houses for their listings and conducted PowerPoint classes to share her knowledge with co-workers.
