I have been in the SBA lending business for almost 23 years, and with US Bank for almost 20. I specialize in owner occupied real estate loans with financing up to 90%. This includes purchases, improvements, refinaces, and ground up construction. I do SBA loans throughout the entire state of MN, but my main focus is the Twin Cities Metro Area. I know how to navigate various opportunities within the bank if they do not fit the SBA profile or have the opportunity to be financed in another manner.
