Mark started Titan 360 Commercial Real Estate in the summer of 2020. Titan 360\'s focus is primarily southeastern Minnesota and they are involved with commercial sales and leasing as Landlord, Owner and Tenant representatives. Strategizing with tenants and owners to structure a solution that is mutually beneficial is his strong suit. Prior to starting Titan 360 Commercial Real Estate, Mark worked at Titan Development and Investments for almost 30 years. In the various roles at Titan Development he utilized his strategic skills in evaluating potential development opportunities as well as being instrumental on the team in securing financing for projects. Over the course of his career he was responsible for financing and maintaining lender & equity relationships. Additionally he was responsible for tenant relations and leasing for the commercial properties owned and managed by Titan Development. As an active member of the community he has participated on numerous boards and committees throughout his career. He is past chair of the Rochester Area Family Y and the Rochester Downtown Alliance. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA\'s and the American Institute of CPA\'s. He is a member of MNCAR and the Minnesota Association of Realtors. Mark has held his real estate broker\'s license since 1995.
