Robert Bayer, MBA & CPA Direct of CREST (Commercial Real Estate Solutions Team) Robert Bayer, Direct of CREST, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2017 to assist clients in buying/selling/leasing commercial real estate. Through October, 2021 Mr. Bayer\\\'s gross closed volume in in the top 25 of all KW Commercial agents worldwide. Mr. Bayer is a results-oriented professional with an extensive background in finding the perfect fit for clients and then helping them maximize cash-flow and minimize the tax bit from their transactions. Mr. Bayer has been involved in 128 receiverships since 2008 including: multi-unit apartment complexes, office complexes, retail strip centers, and industrial buildings. In January, 2021, Bayer and the CREST team sold a 436-unit apartment complex in Mankato, Minnesota to a REIT for $55 Million. Mr. Bayer holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. He is an active CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of MNCAR and serves on the Golf and the MNCAR Expo committee.
