With nearly 30 years of experience in Corporate America before starting North Star, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in business operations and a genuine commitment to building relationships based on trust. His leadership is all about helping others and making decisions that put clients first. Originally from North Dakota, Scott attended the University of Mary, where he played collegiate football—a love that hasn’t faded. He’s a devoted fan of the Minnesota Gophers and the Vikings, and you’ll often find him tailgating in his purple Skol Patrol bus on game days. Scott’s been married to his wife, Daena, for 25 years, and they have two children, Ava and Jack. Family, football, and a deep passion for real estate are at the heart of everything Scott does.
