Jay grew up here in Chaska, MN and fell in love with the real estate industry and entrepreneurship simultaneously in college. While pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship at The University of St Thomas he was working as a marketing assistant at DRG, a downtown real estate brokerage. Jay was becoming a standout in the entrepreneurship scene with multiple awards and competitions won with his start up concepts over his 4 years at St Thomas. After being involved with many start ups, venture capital firms, and side hustles, the pandemic marked the end of Jay's largest start up project. With an unintentional fresh start, Jay looked back to an industry he knew well, real estate. After noticing a gap in the market for real estate agents looking for a modern tech enabled media partner, Jay created AGNT Media in 2021. In 2022 Jay was named to MSP Business Journal 25 Under 25 for his work in the industry. AGNT Media became a 7-figure company just 14 months after its inception, has since acquired two more real estate media companies, and today works with the biggest names in both residential and commercial/multifamily real estate.

              Continuing Education Credit has been applied for and 1 hour of continuing education is pending approval from the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
